The Cook For Ukraine Appeal
We announced on 3rd March that we would start adding a voluntary £1 donation to each table bill during March, in response to the “Cook for Ukraine” appeal. The yellow house will pay all donations collected to the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) Ukraine humanitarian appeal.
Raffle
We also announced we would run a raffle to help us raise as much as possible for the DEC Ukraine appeal, which is now live.
The raffle prizes
- First prize is a dinner for 4 people at The yellow house, which can be booked at your leisure, and includes a glass of Prosecco or soft drink each and starters, mains and puddings for four people.
- Second prize is a pizza dinner for two people, which can be booked at your leisure, and includes a choice of a wood-fired pizza or pasta main course each and puddings for two people.
- Third prize is a pair of Mount Brown New Zealand wines kindly donated by Davy’s Wine Merchants and includes a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and a bottle of Pinot Noir.
- Fourth prize is a pair of Les Vignes de l’Eglise French wines kindly donated by Liberty Wines and includes a bottle of Vermentino and a bottle of Rosé de Syrah or a bottle of Merlot Grenache – the winner can choose!
Tickets
Tickets are £10 each and you can buy as many as you like – each numbered ticket will count as a separate entry in the raffle.
The raffle is open until 12 noon on Wednesday 30 March 2022 and will be drawn at 6pm on the same day.
Raffle winners will be notified by email.
The yellow house will pay all proceeds of this raffle received as a donation to the Disasters Emergency Committee Ukraine humanitarian appeal.
